No prerequisites are required for the Earn More With Service Certification Training. Your journey to elevated service excellence starts without any mandatory barriers.

Q: What are the Earn More With Service Certification Training requirements?

Complete each lesson   with a score of 70 percent or above to earn your  Certificate of Achievement..

Q: How long do I have to complete the course?

Courses are active for 180 days from the date of enrollment. You may start and stop the course as needed during this period, and you will have unlimited access until you pass the course exam or the 180-day access period expires.

If you do not earn your Certificate of Achievement within 180 days, your course access will expire and you will need to purchase the course again to re-enroll.

Once you pass the exam with the required minimum score, the course will close and your certificate will be available immediately for download from your account. Certificates are not mailed.
