  • If you pay the state fee, your handler card will be valid in the entire state. If you pay the county fee, your handler card will only be valid in Gilmer County. TAP Series collects the Health Department Fee on behalf of the Health Department (included in price), and there are no further steps to be taken for your handler card to be valid.
