Tap Series provides online food handler training. Food handler training is optional in most areas of Arkansas, but Arkansas does require that the Person-In-Charge to train the employees. This person is responsible for knowing all food sanitation rules, as well as policies and procedures within the food establishment. The course is simple to use, accessible 24 x 7, and can be accessed from your smartphone, computer, or tablet.
