Q: What documents do I send to the state after completing the TAP Series Recertification course?

Food Safety Recertification


You must complete our Minnesota Food Safety Recertification course before the expiration date of your Minnesota CFPM certificate.

If you do not complete the course before the expiration date of your Minnesota CFPM certificate, you will be required to take the full Food Manager Certification training and take a CFPM exam.


You have no more than 6 months following the expiration date of the CFPM certificate to submit your renewal application and certification fee, along with your continuing education course certificates.
