Alcohol retail license holders providing alcoholic beverage deliveries must:

1. Permit customers purchasing alcohol for delivery to create an account managed by the alcohol retail licensee.

2. Ensure the delivery of alcoholic beverages occurs on the same calendar day as the sale, departing from the licensed premises.

3. Retain control and responsibility for alcohol sales, encompassing receiving payments and consistently being identified as the merchant of record. Third-party applications or vendor platforms are prohibited from marking the licensee's alcoholic beverages.

4. Handle all payments for the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages before the beverages leave the retailer's premises.

5. Deliver only alcoholic beverages currently present in the retailer's inventory. Additionally, retailers are prohibited from sourcing products from alternative sources, retailers, or other licensed premises.
