Food Friday – Fast and Delicious

Everyone has their own personal favorite fast food or gas station breakfast sandwich that's super easy to get and really yummy. City Mouse Restaurant in Chicago's West Loop is serving up that breakfast sandwich that we all know with a bit more love. The sandwich starts with an English muffin with jelly topped with a homemade hash brown patty. Next, sausage and egg are added, and lastly a slice of American cheese! Sounds like a step up from my favorite breakfast sandwich but with all my favorites.

Would I try this? Yes! I love breakfast food and this sandwich sounds like a great way to start the day!
