Inspection Checklist - Confirm a YES to each item.

  • Interior/Exterior Signage(non-retail specific & dollar value) 
  • AdvertisedBrands Must be Available (malt beverages)
  • ILCC License Must be Framed & Displayed
  • ILCC License Must be Valid
  • Local Liquor License Must be Available Local Liquor License Must be Valid IBT Certificate Must be Available
  • Change of Owners/Management Must be Reported within 30 Days
  • Pregnancy Warning Sign Must be Displayed Human Trafficking PublicNotice Must be Posted
  • AdvertisingViolating Happy Hour Law (No “Free” or “Complimentary”)
  • Cash Beer Law (Beer must be paid for before or upon delivery)
  • All Alcohol Must be Stored on the Premises
  • Drinking Contest are Prohibited (No drinking games)
  • Schedule of Drink Prices Must be Available
  • Requested Materials Must be Produced (Books & Records Request)
  • Price per Ounce Must be Proportionally Equal
  • Pre-mixed Drink Receptacle Must be CleanedWeekly (record required)
  •  Pre-mixed Alcoholic Drinks Must be Destroyed Weekly (labeled & dated) 
  • Offering or Usingany Unlabeled LiquorBottles is Illegal
  • Sanitation (Clean Safe Environment Required)
  • Taps Must be Cleaned as required (cleaning log required)
  • Kegs and Taps Must Match
  • Taps Must be Labeled(visible 10 feet)
  • Shot of Spirits Must be a Minimum of One Ounce
  • Contaminated Liquor (deleterious material)
  • Marrying Liquor/Refilling bottles is Illegal
  • Purchases Without a Valid License are Illegal
  • Transfer of Liquor To or From Another Licensed Location is Illegal
  • Retail Purchasing of Alcohol is Illegal (AlcoholMust be Purchased from a
    Territory Distributor)
  •  90 Days of Invoices Must be Available Upon Inspection or a Waiver Must be Posted with the License
  • Purchasing Alcohol Other than Beer While Delinquent is Illegal
  • Giving Away Alcoholic Beverages is Illegal
  • Advertise Giving Away Alcohol is Illegal
  • Access to All Areas on Premise is Required
  • Non-Licensed Gambling is Illegal
  • Receiving “Of Value” Items is Illegal
